YOU'RE CONFUSED BY ALL THE WELLNESS INFO AND TRENDS

Nutrition can support your health during perimenopause and menopause – dieting not required!

N

YOU CAN'T STICK WITH ANY ONE DIET

With so much confusing health-after-40 information out there, you don’t have to figure this out on your own.

Perimenopause and menopause are hard enough. Let’s make food and lifestyle habits easy!

“Amanda has been excellent support for me during my intuitive eating and body acceptance journey. With her help, I have developed the tools I need to feel at peace with food and myself. I have struggled for 15+ years with yo-yo dieting and punishing myself with over-exercising and I finally feel free from that. Thank you Amanda for your care and support!”

AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE

Amanda is great to work with. Alpine is a no-judgment space, and Amanda works hard to find out what will help me the most given my life circumstance and experience. I really appreciate her “health at every size” and “non-diet” dietician approach. She has helped me easily regulate my blood sugar, decipher nutrition notes from doctors, and know that all movement is “good” movement! I can’t recommend Alpine Nutrition enough.

Feel better in your body, have more energy, better moods, improved sleep, and a healthy relationship with food and exercise. All this is possible when you join group counseling.

TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Let’s Try Different Not Harder

I created the Savor Strategies of Healing based on nearly a decade of working with women in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s who struggled to feel at peace with food and their body.

Women who wanted to be healthy through perimenopause and menopause – not just meet the cultural beauty standards. Women who were ready to lose the mental and emotional weight of dieting and honor their health with delicious food, joyful movement, and a community of friends who have more to talk about than what they’re not eating.

Every new adventure begins with the first step.

Are you ready to Savor Food and Your Body?

Let’s do it…

Our current diet culture is crazy! It’s confusing and too complex to keep up with.

I’ve simplified the process of becoming an intuitive eater so you can regain your autonomy when it comes to food and exercise.

In our time together, you’ll work towards your health goals and practice making peace with food. How?

N

Notice how Diet culture messages affect your relationship with food and your body

N

Create meals and snacks that are easy to plan and prepare no matter how crazy life gets

N

Develop self-nourishment habits with food, exercise, and mindfulness so you never to get to the end of the day feeling burned out, reaching for the bag of tortilla chips and bottle of wine

N

Make healthy eating easy with intuitive eating and gentle nutrition. Practice attunement to your physical hunger, fullness, and satisfaction with food

GOT QUESTIONS ABOUT THE GROUP PROGRAM?

I’d Love to Answer Them!

How many spots are available?

Only 10 spots are available each season

Will the weekly sessions be recorded?

Yes. Recordings will be sent out within 48 hours after the session.

What if the group dynamic isn't for me?

You can apply the total cost of the group program to 2 private sessions with Amanda.

Will this program help me lose weight?

Maybe. Maybe not. I don’t make false promises. With any program, it’s difficult to know what your weight will do. If you have been losing and gaining weight for years, your weight will likely stabilize.

What if I have a chronic health condition like diabetes, heart disease, or food allergies?

Intuitive eating is perfect for any chronic health condition because it helps you honor your unique nutrition needs based on any medical diagnosis. If you have specific questions or concerns, email Amanda

What if I don't have time between sessions to do the practices and reflections?

Practice and reflection between sessions aren’t required but are encouraged to help you get the most out of the program. You will be able to download any of the resources provided to continue practicing after the program is complete.

The schedule doesn't work for me. Will this program be offered again?

Currently, this program is offered in January, April and October each year.

You always have options!
