I spent over a decade healing my relationship with food and my body.
Along the way, I traveled to diverse cultures, won a couple of marathons, and earned a master’s degree in holistic nutrition and dietetics – just to have the sciency pieces to round out my lived experience.
As your guide and mentor, we’ll work together to heal your relationship with food and your body through simple, specific strategies based on the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size®.
We’ll practice practical, actionable steps so you can stop feeling overwhelmed, confused, and anxious about what the heck to eat to support your health during perimenopause and menopause.
In the end, you’ll become more confident with your food choices, have compassion for your body, and find pleasure in eating again!

Behind the Scenes
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
I’m a Bend, Oregon girl. I was born and raised with mountains, hence the namesake of my practice. I spent over 10 years as a competitive endurance runner (in the mountains of course).
MY HOME
These days, I live the best of two worlds – in a culturally diverse city with great food (Seattle, Washington) and under the breath-taking mountain views with peace and quiet (Joseph, Oregon).
INTERESTS
I love long hikes to gorgeous views – even better if I get to wake up to those views in a tent! I enjoy cooking and sharing delicious meals with friends and family. My favorite way to start the day is with a gravel bike ride with mountain views.
